Exhibition Statement

The BOLD Collection is a series of sculptural objects that reinterpret traditional Albanian design through a modern and playful lens. Featuring chairs, tables, and a handwoven rug, the collection brings material heritage to life through minimal forms, modularity, and sustainable materials.

At its heart stands the BOLD Shkam, inspired by the traditional Albanian shkam — a symbolic object of cultural heritage. Reimagined as a modular and adaptable piece of furniture, it embodies the collection’s ethos: connecting memory with modernity, identity with innovation.

Recognized on the international stage, BOLD Shkam has been exhibited at Milan Design Week, Dutch Design Week, EXPO 2025 Osaka, and honored with the German Design Award 2025 for Excellent Furniture Design.
