'Bahçe' transforms an underused urban landscape into a living ecological park where nature, education, recreation, and community coexist in one continuous experience.
Designed as more than a botanical garden, the project creates a network of landscapes that invite exploration, learning, and everyday interaction with nature. The masterplan combines diverse ecosystems, themed gardens, recreational trails, community spaces, and public amenities into a destination that serves both the city and its visitors throughout the year.
The park is organized as a sequence of interconnected experiences—from the Nature Museum and botanical collections to open meadows, event lawns, playgrounds, commercial spaces, and quiet gardens. Walking and cycling routes weave these elements together, encouraging visitors to discover biodiversity while promoting healthy and active lifestyles.
Native planting, ecological restoration, and climate-responsive design form the foundation of the project, strengthening local biodiversity while creating resilient public spaces that evolve with the seasons. Every intervention is designed to enhance the relationship between people and nature through education, recreation, and environmental awareness.
